I bought this for my sister, and she loves it. It has seriously loud and clear sound, she got rid of her stereo and uses this to listen to music in her room now. The picture isn't the clearest at 720p, however it isn't noticeable unless you are right up close. The picture quality is fantastic, with some of the best contrast and color I've seen on an LED tv this size. I liked how this looked and sounded so much, I have purchased the 1080p Smart TV model to use as a monitor as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this controller to help with my wrist problems, it makes it much easier on the hands to play. The added weight and grip are welcome, and make holding the controller a dream. It seems pretty well built, and has stood up to as much abuse as I could throw at it (though I am always careful to not drop or toss controllers around).

My family exclusively uses Otterbox products, and we have two of these cases in different colors. The cases themselves protect the phones perfectly, and have great port covers that haven't given out yet. The only issues are the built in screen protectors, they are horrible to try and use the phone with. The screen looks terrible with this on, and does not respond well due to a gap between the film and the screen. You have to remove the screen protector, but once off, the case is perfect.

Bought this to replace an old HP printer that very literally required a smack or two before it would print properly. This printer was easy to set up, and within 20 minutes I could print from every computer/phone/tablet in the house. (mind you, that is 3 PC's, 4 iPhones of varying models, 2 iPads, a Mac Mini, and a MacBook Pro with Retina display) It looks fantastic, and prints photos very accurately. Just make sure you fold the clips on top of the ink after installing the ink cartridges.

I bought this primarily to hold my iTunes Library, as it is well over 2TB at this point. I have a Mac Mini that is mostly used for sharing my content over my home network to my Apple TV's. Within 20 minutes, I had the drive hooked up and transferring my iTunes Library to it. So far I haven't had a single problem with the drive, and it has been every bit as fast as I need it to be.
For those looking specifically at speeds, I got a rock solid 137MB/s transfer rate for the entire transfer. Essentially, I started the transfer around 9PM the night I bought it, and it was completely done by 5AM.
This drive is absolutely compatible with Mac, PC, even Xbox. I plan on buying at least two more of these to use as Time Machines on my Mac.

Best remote I've ever owned or used, bar none

The setup of the remote is probably the one thing that I'm not a fan of. The software does allow you to do a lot of cool things, the customization of this is truly amazing. I have owned this remote for a few months now, and I'm still every bit as happy with it.
The range on the Harmony remotes are perfect, I can control everything in my living room and bedroom without having to aim it weird or stand on my head to get the input to register (A problem I had constantly with an Insignia Blu-ray player). I have yet to find a product this remote can't control, and I love how Logitech engineered the remote. On the bottom, there is an IR receiver, meaning even if your device isn't officially supported by Logitech, you can just use your original remote (the one that came with your device) to program it.
Currently, I have this programmed for three TV's (Sceptre, Sansui, and Samsung), two soundbars/home theater systems (Samsung and Vizio), an Apple TV (the best $99 I ever spent), an Xbox 360, and an Insignia Blu-ray player. Everything works pretty flawlessly, and I still have yet to find myself pointing the remote right at my devices. It has the fantastic ability to work so long as the remote is pointed in the general direction of what you are trying to control. (something many manufacturers seem to ignore)
The backlit keys and shortcuts are surprisingly useful, you'd be amazed how much better it is to actually be able to see what buttons you push when it's dark. Picking up the remote turns on the backlight, and setting it down for a few seconds turns it off automatically to save battery.
Which brings me to my next point, battery life. Originally I expected to be replacing batteries every month or so like with my other remotes, so I used rechargeable batteries. This was last year (around November 2014), and I haven't changed the batteries once.
Overall, I love this remote and I highly recommend you get one. Setup is a little tricky depending on your ability to be patient and how good you are with technology, but if you can do basics on a computer then you should be set.

I have been a fan of The Lord of The Rings for a long time, and The Hobbit is every bit as awesome. I preordered the steelbook version, and not only did I get it for almost 50% off (I paid around $15 with tax and shipping) but I got the digital copy the same day as iTunes, and the Blu-ray came the day before it's official release.
The video and sound quality of this movie is absolutely breathtaking, I highly recommend this movie. Plus, the steelbook looks awesome and is only a few extra $ (splurge a little)

My Canon MP 460 Printer is not compatible with Yosemite OS .. Does HP - Enyy 4500 work?
Absolutely, just follow the instructions on the printer screen to connect it to your network. (Or just plug it into your USB port).
Then you just go to Settings/Printers and Scanners/Click the +/and select the HP Envy 4500 from the list. Within 30 seconds, you'll be able to print. Tested on a Mac Mini and MacBook Pro with Retina display running OS X Yosemite.

Why do they say Computer OpSys as Sys Requirement
Trying to figure out why a remote I want to use on my TV needs to be compatible with Windows, or MacOS ????
Also is it backlit, and compatible with Samsung LED Smart TVs?
I use my Samsung LED only in the bedroom and I hate the remote it comes with, and cannot find correct buttons in the semi dark. Does it have SmartHub button etc, and can you actually see the buttons, with a back light?

The remote says it requires an Operating System for one simple purpose, the setup of the remote. You will need to setup the remote using either the Harmony software or online through Logitech's website. Once you finish setting it up and syncing your settings, you are free to unplug it and use it like any other remote.
As for the buttons, they are backlit and fully customizable. To the point where you can rename the buttons and reorganize the ones on the LCD screen. And the other buttons below the LCD are customizable too.

100%, every button is backlit, as well as the LCD screen. When you pick the remote up or push a button, the backlight comes on. When you set it down or don't push a button for a few seconds (entirely customizable, from 1 second to minutes) the backlight automatically shuts off to conserve battery life.

Is it compatible with direct tv, philips, and yamaha?
Absolutely, the Harmony remote supports pretty much anything with an IR Receiver in it. TV's, Cable Boxes, Sound Systems, Game systems, etc.

will this work with samsung smart tv model un55f7100af?
We have a samsung smart tv and have broken the remote that came with it (it got wet). I tried a sony universal remote but it was not compatible with out tv. I' m having a really hard time finding one that is. Does anyone know if this remote works with the UN55F7100AF?

Yes, and if you have any more compatibility questions, go to the Logitech website and look for the Harmony remote support. They have a tool that can be used to look up the compatibility of devices with the harmony remote.

Yes, it will work with pretty much any device released within the last 50 years.

On the Logitech website, you can look up the model number of your TV to be sure it will work. But honestly, so long as you have the original remote or at least the model number of your TV, I'm 99.9% sure this remote will work flawlessly.
The remote has a neat little trick where you can program it during the setup, simply by pointing the original remote at the bottom of the Harmony and following the instructions on your computer screen. I have yet to come across any device this remote can't control.

Programming it....
I am trying to figure out if this remote will be good for my Samsung Smart TV. Its remote has a special button for the "Hub", on the harmony there is a button called Guide which when I am NOT watching DirecTV, perhaps could be programmed to be this Hub button? Is that how it works?
There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of buttons to program, unless those 5 on the top are programmable? Can they be changed to things I need for Samsung Smart stuff? Referring to Watch TV, Watch a Movie, Listen To Music. All of those seem useless to me, can they be programmed tow hatever function I want?
Not sure this thing is going to work, any Samsung Smart owners out there have any input, or anybody at all on these questions.

I don't have a Samsung Smart TV, but the top buttons are customizable to a limit. They are designed for activities, for example; "Watch a movie" can be setup so that pushing that button will turn on your TV, your Sound System, your Blu-ray player, and change the inputs for you automatically. You can also customize the LCD menu, as well as make each button below that perform a different function for each independent device.
If you do program the remote to do this, be sure to select the device you are trying to control via the LCD screen. Once you select your device, the remote will automatically change the buttons based on how you customized it. Meaning with a little tweaking in the Logitech program, you can accomplish your goal of using one button to perform two different functions on separate devices. (Without having both the Hub and DTV Guide coming up at the same time)
