What's great about it: Easy to set up, boosted signal to full upstairs.
What's not so great: Can't think of anyhting
Product works exactly as described. Installation was a cinch. I needed to boost the WiFi signal upstairs to the kids Xbox. My router is located on the lower level and I didn't have the option to move it. Put this in the master bedroom upstairs in my 1600 sf home. We now have full bars anywhere we go in the house.
This product has... Fast connection, Reliable connection
About me... Budget Conscious, Heavy media streamer, gaming kids
I would recommend this to a friend!
I use it in...:Large home

will this work well with my Roku which is on top floor of house, and router is on bottom?I,m trying for a good streaming option for my Roku...thank you
This is the same reason I bought mine. Router is downstairs and the WiFi did not reach the Xbox upstairs. This more than did the trick.

Does this device also increase the internet speed?

We have a Netgear router hooked into our PC, but have slow internet service through our provider. We now have a Smart TV upstairs away from the router, and wonder if we will need this device to increase signal and also help with speed? We also use IPads, phones and laptops. And would I place the extender upstairs near the TV?
I do not believe that it does. But if you put the extender close to the tv that should help.
