I really like the My Passport drives. I have purchased several for our company and also for personal use! Very easy to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

When I back up each time, does it back up everything or just what has been added science last back up

Depends on how you set up the backup. You can do Full then incremental, and then each week do a full with incremental in between. If you do a full each time, your backup drive will fill up quickly.
