What's great about it: Open Box
What's not so great: Just a overpriced Whirlpool French Door
To start off first I liked Best Buy and we went in to find a good fridge at a good price. They had this fridge and was at a very good price and and after the sale went fine. So more about the fridge it 's way over priced and I feel it's know where worth $1500 at $999.00 is the correct price for this fridge. The ice maker works good and the water in the left door works ok but takes a bit to get cold water from it.
So for $1000 or less very good buy but at $1500+ look at someother brand at BB.

Samsung does not stand behind its products!!!

Bought an upper model side by side refrigerator in June. 2 months later, it went into Demo Mode (low energy for lighting, but no cooling) by itself and ruined the new food we'd had to buy when the old fridge went out. When I demanded reimbursement for the food, I was told to submit a detailed list, which I did (and which we did not exaggerate to take advantage). 4 phone calls later (each of which takes 40+ minutes), we were advised that in order to receive compensation, they'd have to send a service tech out - fine - but if he found no defect, WE'D be charged for a service call! Like anyone has hours and hours to fake an issue for about $70 worth of food we're asking to be replaced!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
That's why we purchased Best Buy service contract, but I think you can only do that within 30 days.

Website information

Both Whirlpool and Lowe's websites state that only water is available "through the door" for the Whirlpool WRF560SEYB . Your webstite indicates "ice and water". Which is correct?
Water only! Ice is inside the freezer door. It does make ice somewhat fast.
