I upgraded from an all-in-one Samsung system to this receiver, the Klipsch Quintet Home Theater System, and a Klipsch R-10SW subwoofer. HOLY COW! The components sound fantastic! The receiver has incredible sound modes for both movies and music. I have 3 components coming into the HDMI IN on the receiver and the HDMI out obviously going to my TV. The sound is awesome. The Bluetooth works well with my iPhone 6. The manual is horrible. I have the app on my phone that lets you control the receiver, but I never use it. You can name each component in the receiver. I labeled "TV" as "Apple TV", "game" as "PS4", and "cable" as "TiVo".
Anyway, the thing rocks. It does get hot at louder volumes, so I suggest making sure it has adequate ventilation. I would definitely buy it again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What speakers are recommended for this system

need surround speakers and need to know what is recommended. The speaker hook ups are the type that require strippable speaker wires
I paired mine with the Klipsch Quintet Home Theater System and a Klipsch R-10SW and the setup sounds absolutely incredible!
