I've had this TV for about a month now, and I just love it. Great picture clarity with loads of color and contrast. Great for watching football. But this TV needs the LG sound bar because the speakers in the TV are just too small and weak. Before I added the LG 2.1 sound bar, I had to run the volume at about 75 (out of 100) for a normal program. After I added the sound bar, I just need to run the volume at 20 to 25. The sound bar is amazing. The TV is amazing. I caught it on sale and it was a very great value for the price. Only one problem - I hate to turn it off!
I would recommend this to a friend!

How wide is the TV stand?

Could you give me the width of the stand?
The supports for the TV are 46 inches apart. I know this only too well, as my old stand was only 39 inches wide, and I had to buy a new TV stand. I would recommend a TV stand of at least 48 inch width.
