First off I should state that this device is greatly underrated. I purchased this device because of its looks and specs and let me inform it does not disappoint. I would like to give a short review so here it goes. The camera quality is in my opinion just a tad better then I the iPad mini. It isn't dramatically better but it is noticable. It is faster, sharper, clearer, and better than expected. The speaker quality is equal to that of the iPad mini, the batter life is pretty decent. Also a major factor that I believe best buy should have stated in the description is that this device comes with virus protection automatically installed for free along with Translate which is allowed to work without internet also Amazon kindle, audible, dropbox, ever note, Skype and many other apps are included for free!! All in an amazing device I would get over any other device you get the most bang for buck.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Is there a keyboard that can be purchased to use with this tablet?
Yes there is a leather keyboard case check online somewhere like amazon.

Looking for an android tablet with a SIM card slot, any suggestions?
No this does not have one sorry.

does it really have HDMI?
No it does not only has micro USB slot and 3.5mm audio jack.

Can this tablet be upgraded to 4.4 Kit Kat?
Yes it can I have it on mine and it is quite amazing!!!
