Horrible , Complicated, Not Practical

I needed a large washer and dryer for my family. The washer leaked. It took far too long to finish a load. Loads were full of water. Button operation was confusing. Spin cycle was poor. One comforter in still in the washer ....THREE HOURS LATER! IM RETURNING THIS CRAMP IN THE MORNING!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

will they install it with a power cord??? Says not included.

The sales person called me to come back to the store and pick one up for free before the delivery
