I've only owned my Vivosmart since mid-October and already the screen seems to be cut off as well as lines running through some of the characters. Is this covered under warranty? If so, how would I go about getting my vivosmart sent in for repair?

I had this same issue, and they were wonderful to work with. They can't fix it, but they will replace it. Hopefully you'll get one that avoids this issue.
