I purchased this headset to use with my Bluetooth on my MacBook Pro. I know Logitech doesn't always work well with Mac's, but for the first 8 weeks that I owned the headset, it was beautiful. However, after that time, the headset stopped pairing completely. I tried everything, but no success.
I love(d) the headset and functionality, so I exchanged it for a new set, and I'm hoping it works, but I'll update this if it doesn't.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

bluetooth connectivity

my headset is charged but when i try connecting it to my laptop, the headset icon appears for a few second and then disappears. when i turn off the headset and turn it on again, the headset icon again appears for a few seconds, enough for me to try to pair it with my laptop. But i get an error. see screenshot. how to resolve?
I read online when my set stopped functioning correctly that if you slide the side button to "Next" while holding down the Volume + button, the green light will flash quickly. At that point, retry the pairing. If that doesn't work, I suggest returning the product, as I had to do.
