I wanted this because I have a Sony TV and I wanted the receiver to be the same brand for the Bravia interface. The set up was not as intuitive as I had expected as this is not my first rodeo. Every time I go to the website to get the manual I get their question and answer page and it's not helpful. I understand saving money by not printing the manual but at least make it easy to access online. I downloaded SongPal and my Phone connects via Bluetooth but no sound comes out. If the troubleshooting website was actually helpful I would check there. Once you get it set up it's very easy to use and the sound is great. I don't have super expensive speakers but I'm getting great results out of this combo.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was apprehensive as this set was not the top of the line. However, went for it after reading other reviews. It was simple to connect the speaker wires to the speakers and easy to hang them on the walls. At first I thought the Sub wasn't working but it was just the setting on my receiver and once resolved my place hasn't stopped shaking since. I almost feel bad for my neighbors...
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can someone advise me how to preset stations on this Sony receiver please?

Cannot find instructions in manuals on how to preset channels.
I had a hard time with that, too. But when you press the FM button, it should come up on your screen. Then you go to the station you want (visible on the TV) and add it to the preset option (also visible on the TV).

Will these speakers work with a 7.2 channel receiver ?

Yes. I have a 7.2 channel receiver. You will just need to select the 5.1 option in your receiver settings.

Are these satellite speakers wireless?

No. All speakers must be connected with wires.
