I went from a lap top hard drive in my computer that was starting to click and make a TON of noise. This hard drive is the first "Current Gen" hard drive I have owned. Transfer rate is awesome!
I would recommend this to a friend!

is this drive good for gaming

I do a lot of gaming , is this a good drive to install ?
I would personally say yes. I put this drive in my gaming rig and I always keep some kind of resource monitor running so that I can see how my system is performing. This hard drive never goes above 35-40% and that is on a HUGE load.
