this product was great with Windows 7 everything worked. Once windows 10 came out I sent a email asking if there will be a driver update well sorta you have to manually download and install yourself now. The webpage says "Not included in W10 driver now. But it doesn't matter whether it is in us." it sounds like they don't really care. http://soundingboard.plantronics.com/docs/DOC-7502
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does the OS matter with the Plantronics 788 headset?

Wondering if these will work (although I can't see why not); I have Windows XP OS but use google as my web browser. Any confiliction there?
Windows 10 OS is a different story you will need to manually download and install the driver as for xp i don't think it was made for xp you may need to look around so far i have not seen anything
