DO NOT buy Asus products!! Read the reviews posted online and trust in them. Taking a big chance on your purchase overheating, short circuiting....... and spending high shipping costs for your repeated warranty repairs - currently on 2nd return in 4 months. warranties don't last forever so will be out your initial investment as well. and yeah an extra external fan might help with overheating but shouldn't be necessary.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Garbage. Many people having problems with Asus overheating and short circuiting. Have 3 PCs over 20 years all still work, bought this 6 months ago, wouldn't even trust for parts. Tried contacting Asus this morning, even their support site wouldn't work properly. Trust a company to build a reliable computer that cant even maintain a web site?

Like a lot of things, the Logitech gaming software states its not compatible with 8.1. The d-pad and sticks were not identified when attempting to program them into the gaming profile, no support on website on how to fix. Not sure about how functions with previous versions of windows, but 8.1 and 10 seem to require all new gaming software. Aside from the windows issue, the controller also feels cheap like it would break apart if dropped one time. Only advantage if you can get it to work is the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The computer comes on but no screen display - any button sI can try?
just spoke to asus about same issue with my pc. recommended I unplug all components and power cord, press and hold power button for one minute. hopefully not like many other unsatisfied Asus customers lately - they really should have stuck to mother boards.

Does it work with windows 10?
previous games and controllers typically aren't working with windows 10 unless maybe if you're a programmer and / or maybe if you're willing to spend hours trying to find fixes - a lot of those aren't working either

Does this work with typical Online ARPG game?
I play Marvel Heroes Online and Diablo 3 and now looking at a new game called Skyforge. I am a massage therapist and when I play a game, I can play for hours and it will hurt my wrists. I am looking for a non-keyboard options so my wrists are not hyper extended for hours. Does this controller work with games like Marvel Heroes Online? Or it depends more on the game?
if you have windows 8.1 or 10 it will not work. other than that not sure. can prob find a more durable controller if using previous versions of windows anyway.
