Great basic over-the-range microwave

We got this microwave to replace our previous over-the-range microwave, which was no longer working. This microwave is simple to operate, looks great (ours is the white model), and heats food evenly. It doesn't have a lot of fancy features, and it's not going to be large enough for this year's Thanksgiving turkey, but I didn't expect any of that from the least expensive microwave in Whirlpool's range. It does its job of reheating leftovers, softening/melting butter, and heating other various food/drink items very well. Time will tell if it lasts as long as our previous microwave (12 years), but so far, so good. If I had to pick one nit, it would be that the display's vivid blue color is a bit too bright.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No. The mounting hardware comes with the microwave.

What does Best Buy charge to install this microwave? Two questions
I have an exisiting microwave that needs to be removed and this new one to be put into the same space. First, what does installation cost? Second, do I need to buy anything besides what is in the microwave box to complete the installation? In other words, does everything I need to install the microwave come in the box?
Where I live (Washington DC area), Pacific Kitchen and Home charged $119.99 for replacement of an existing over-the-range microwave. The installation hardware is included with the microwave, so there's nothing else you'll need to buy.

Is this microwave self venting or does it have to be vented to the outside?
I'm not sure whether it *can* be vented to the outside, but ours just vents upward into the kitchen, so no, it does not have to vent to the outside.

Lighting
does this microwave have one light or two under to light your cook top?
Yes, it has a light underneath to illuminate your cooktop. It has two brightness levels as well.

Will my same wall mount work with this microwave I currently have a whirlpool that has broken
It will mount in the same space as your current over-the-range microwave, though the mounting hardware (which comes with the microwave) may not be exactly the same. We replaced a 12-year-old Kenmore microwave with this one, and the installer had no issues, replacing the old mounting hardware with the hardware supplied with the new microwave.

does this have the night lite option?
Yes, it has a cooking surface light (underneath the microwave) with two brightness settings, the dimmer of which would be suitable for use as a way to provide some nighttime illumination in a dark kitchen.

Where can I find the wall mount?
I'm ready to buy the over-the-range microwave, but where can I get the wall mount to go with it?
The installation hardware comes with the microwave. If you don't currently have an over-the-range microwave, make sure there's a 30-inch-wide space (usually over your range) to mount it.

I need to buy a new microwave and my old one is Model MH6150XHQ-1
Can I replace this with this model?
Yes, you can replace your previous model with this one. Most (if not all) over-the-range microwave ovens are the same width (~30 inches). We recently replaced a 12-year-old Kenmore microwave with this one, and the installer had no problems.
