First , I really like this watch. Good styling and at $150 dollars , a great price. This is my daily watch and I use it alot every day for notifications, the timer, and reminders. It is well crafted. The first thing I did to it , was to accidentially drop it face first on the concrete within the first hour that I had it. The gorilla glass did not crack and I only has a very small scratch on the side of the black case. No other damage. Works like a champ. I also have the asus zenwatch , and I like this one a little bit more. The heart monitor works acurately , but not on the zenwatch. With andriod 5.1.1 update , it also has the wifi feature and not just bluetooth for connecting to your smart phone. I would definitely buy it again. As a note, to get more than a day of battery life, just cut off the ambient light mode and wrist gestures. Ambient mode dims the display but leaves it alawys on. The wrist gestures will cause it to some on sometimes when you do not want it to , therefore waisting the battery. The battery will last about twice as long as having both turned on. Aslo, about 50% longer than ambient mode turned off and wrist gestures turned on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can anyone that has recently purchased the Moto 360 tell me bottom line real world battery time after extensive, not minimal, daily use?
If you turn off ambient screem mode ( dimming the display when not in use , but always on ) and turn off wrist gestures ( the phone's ability for the screen to come on at the flick of the wrist, also to scroll thru notifications without touching the watch ) , it will last a little over 24 hours. aslo, set a watch face once or twice a day and leave it there. Constantly changing it will drain the battery. I use mine everyday and I use it quite a bit . I purchased a extra charger to use at work just in case it drained too quickly , but after the two tips listed above, I do not even need it. I take it off the charger at about 7:30am and put it back on at 10pm when I go to bed. It will have about 20 percent of a charge left. There is a android phone app that comes with it to show the approximate battery time remaining.

Yes, it has a built in mp3 player.

Battery Replacement
Is the battery replaceable? If so, is this covered by the Best Buy protection plan? Thanks.
The battery is not user replaceable, but if it is under warranty, and is not working because the battery has failed, then that should be covered under warranty.
