If you are like me and listen to your music stored on your iPhone and can't stand the sound quality the phone provides and do not like to use ear buds, then this little gem is perfect for you. You know at first touch the sound and bass will be good from its weight. It is heavy for its size which means a good magnet inside necessary for good sound reproduction. It can play music from three sources, a mini San disk card, an auxiliary line in (line provided) and Bluetooth from the phone. When in Bluetooth mode you can answer a call and converse through the unit's built in microphone.
It pairs automatically as long as the phone is in discoverable mode. While multiple devices can be paired to the speaker, what is not mentioned in the instructions is that all previously paired devices must be turned off or totally out of range to be able to pair another device. It is powered by a built in rechargeable battery and comes with a usb cord so it can be charged from your computer or other sub power source. Also included is nice carrying case. The only complaint is that as soon as my wife heard the sound it puts out, it became her speaker and now I need a new one. Truly, a really great little speaker that will maze with the sound it provides.

Use with microphone?
The sound quality is so good I would like to use it with a microphone for meetings and lectures. I tried it with a sound mixer. The music worked fine from my iPhone but the microphone volume was terrible. What do I need to use it as a mini-PA system for meetings or even karaoke?
Have you tried using the microphone built to the speaker?
