The customer service is so poor, you will never get them. Take the product back before it is too late.

I need a TV stand for my Samsung UN55D6000 . Does bestbuy carry this?

Be careful, plz see the review I submitted today on tv stand which was a piece of junk and collapsed on my foot. My advice: buy a quality assembled piece, before it collapses and ruins your t.v.
