Can this headset be used for PS3?
Logitech has a new X-540 out, its the same as a G930 except there's no surround sound and it WILL work with a PS3 or Xbox 360. PS3 cannot send audio through USB, it is a limitation put there by Sony.

How well is the noise reduction?
I have breathing problems and occasionally have to breathe a bit heavier. How does this handle reduction of that when recording gameplay//on skype calls?
The noise reduction is for what you hear in your headset, not what your mic picks up. Though you can adjust the sensitivity of the mic to avoid it picking up if you are breathing heavy.
