We have owned this vacuum cleaner for several years and can say it's wonderful except for one thing.
It cleans well, uses bags (why would someone not?) and is very lightweight.
The handle has broken off twice, The second time after paying a vacuum repair shop to fix it. Otherwise a 5 star.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Where do you get the bags?

Where do you get the bags and what kind of bags does this take?
Doe they have disposable and permanent cloth bags?
Online. Knockoffs are also available for much less. They probably do not meet the OEM specs but I don't care.

Is the canister bagged?

I understand (from description) that the upright is bagged, but can't find any details about whether or not the canister is bagged. I want a light-weight canister with bag. Thank you!
