Modem gets the job done, however I'm on my 2nd one within a year. Low price makes it a good option compared to renting modem monthly from provider. Easier to keep purchasing compared to waiting and dealing with ISP.
I would recommend this to a friend!

does it work on centurylink DSL? would like to replace theirs,

Yes it will work with centurylink. I got this one because it's the only adsl that was sold in my area. I have centurylink as well, it's a cheaper and better option then using theirs.
