how to change the water filter?
Usually the filters are at the bottom of the frig and look like a knob.You twist or turn and pull out. Make sure you buy a new one before you discard the old one. And note the kind of filter in your computer. You can get the best deals shopping for them online and buying a pack of 5 at a time. They save you about $5 per filter that way. If you can't figure it out, look online--there is probably a u-tube video to show you how. Good luck.

does this keep produce well?

It says it automatically adjusts humidity for fruits and veggies in the bins, but these items require different levels of humidity. There are no manual controls. I just saw a study that said this model does not control humidity as well as most french door models.
The vegetable/fruit bins have a slide control on the drawer that lets more air in or keeps air out-except that you open it to use it so it doesn't really work. That is what they call the humidity control. It is kind of a joke. You have to control it with washing veggies and wrapping in paper towels etc. Good luck.

Should the water be chilled?

I got this yesterday and last night my wife said water is room temperature even though the fridge and freezer are down to 0 and 37. I said it will chill overnight, well this morning it is still room temp.
You need to buy extra tubing (might find it at store or try a pet store) and leave the rolled up tubing in the very back of your frig behind the drawers. Ours came with our frig all rolled in a bundle and taped together. I can't tell you how many feet you need but hopefully a store employee can help with that. Good luck.
