The Logitech G930 has very good sound quality. That's probably my #1 concern. For both music and communication audio it's right up there with much more expensive models. In terms of surround sound emulation, it also does an excellent job of giving a sense of depth and immersion into the gaming environment. Comfort is probably around a 3.5 out of 5 since it is well padded and stays reasonably cool during extended use. My only real issue with this headset is that when moving around it has a tendency to make that plastic rubbing against plastic sound which can be a little annoying, and the sound travels through the microphone as well, so it is noticeable to anyone on your teamspeak server. This isn't a huge problem as long as you're not getting up and down and moving a lot while gaming, but since i have herniated discs in my back I have to adjust pretty often to avoid discomfort. All-in-all, I'd have to say this is a very good headset for the $70 price point. I'm not sure if I'd go over $100 for it, as there are some newer and more polished units at that level. For people who aren't hardcore gamers and don't want to drop $100s to test the waters, I'd say this is a safe investment to get your feet wet and decide from here if you want to upgrade for more extended and extensive gaming music and communication hardware.
Other thoughts: the battery could last longer, but as long as you charge it between uses, you should be fine for 6-8 hours usage.
Also, the range of the wireless is pretty darn impressive. I've used other headsets that cost considerably more that cut out when I get 10+ feet from my desk. This one let's me go downstairs, walk across the house, be in a different room with walls and door between me and the receiver and it still sounds just like I'm sitting 3 feet from my monitors. Nice job on that Logitech!
I would recommend this to a friend!

When I first connected my headset I loved it, but now it appears that it is causing network connection problems and not allowing internet videos to load (youtube, netflix, ect). I have internet access, just won't load videos. Anyone else have this problem

This does use 2.4ghz to broadcast audio through. So it's possible that it could cause some issues. The best thing to do would be to change the channel your router is using. Most routers will allow you to surf into their IP address (usually something like 192.168.1.1) and under the wireless settings you'll notice most routers default to a single selected channel rather than automatically choosing the best one for your specific needs. If you're in an apartment or condo, your neighbors will all have microwaves, routers, Bluetooth devices, etc that all make use of 2.4ghz and most people don't bother changing the default settings to avoid that crowded frequencies busiest channels. For more info on how to do this with your specific router, check with your ISP if they provided it, upgrade to a dual band router that supports 5ghz, or check your router's user manual online.

does it cancel background noises?

Yes, it also supports some great echo cancellation if you use the bundled Logitech software. It's not the best in the world, but it's probably about the best in its class.

does it work for Xbox 360

Technically, the last generation of consoles didn't output sound directly to USB without special assistance from supported software, so the answer, technically is no....however, there are plenty of workarounds, especially if you have a computer nearby the console that you can route your sound through. It may sound complicated, but it's really not. You can run the sound out of an Xbox or PS3 into your sound card, then back out to this headset. You retain all of the capabilities except some of the 7.1 surround (unless you maintain 7.1 digital out of your console and into the PC). If you can run optical (toslink) out from the console into your PC's sound card, you will get 5.1 surround. So there are definitely ways around the technical answer of 'no'. Also, PS4 compatibility is a Yes, but with the exception of surround sound. You will get stereo channels only when using this headset with a PS4 in console mode. Best of luck!

Is this headset bluetooth compatible?

No, this uses a proprietary USB dongle which utilizes a high throughput 2.4ghz channel similar to wifi.

Can this be linked with one of logitech's unifying receivers or does it have its own independent receiver?

This has its own receiver since it requires much higher throughput than a mouse or keyboard. It's essentially on its own dedicated 2.4ghz wifi channel. Hope that clears it up for you!
