My niece is going to college and going to live in the dorm. We went to a Best Buy near her college and found this printer on sale. The helpful associate explain everything to us and with the price, you can beat the functionality. The wireless is super easy to setup with just 2 buttons literally.
I would recommend this to a friend!

can I print pictures from my cell phone with out have an Internet connection?

I wanted to know if I can bluetooth from my smartphone to the printer to print pictures without having an internet connection. If not can I use my phone as a mobile Hotspot and print that way.
I think you can, but you may have to download app for your cell phone that connect to a printer on LAN. You can try apps like Printershare mobile print or find a manufacturer specific printing app
