Does the M701D-A3 support Skype?

I do not see Skype as a support application like it is on the Samsung. Can I use any USB camera if it does?
The TV developed a black line across the screen and is scheduled to be replaced by a Samsung since this model is no longer available from Vizio.

How is the glare on this model?

Does this model come with a matte screen (low glare)?
The glare was minimal but I can NO LONGER recommend this TV. A black line developed across the screen and when I tried to get it replaced by Best Buy, they told me that it was no longer available.
