I've been wanting a foot soaker for a long time, and this one seemed like it had good reviews, but I'm finding that it's very uncomfortable. I wear a size 13, and this machine is way too small. So small that my ankles and legs rub against the side and it's just uncomfortable. Not only that it's very shallow. My feet are barely covered with water and it's above the fill line. This was probably a bad purchase, so I gave it to my wife, who has much smaller feet and she enjoys it. Maybe if you could remove the pointless rollers on the bottom, it might create enough depth for the average man foot, but as it stands now this was not a good purchase.

What's great about it: Sleek design, pockets for business/credit cards
What's not so great: Bendable, not sturdy, price,
This was purchased to hold a Kindle Paperwhite. The kindle is retained in the folio by means of four elastic bands at the corners. At first I expected these to give way after a while because they are fairly flimsy, however after 3 weeks of heavy use they're still holding. The folio contains four credit card sized pockets, though why anyone would store cards in this is beyond me, but perhaps business cards would be good. There is also a larger pocket inside that could hold a 4x5 index card.
This is a good case for the Kindle Paperwhite with only one notable problem. The folio has an elastic band, similar to what you might find on moleskin notebooks, that you pull around to hold the folio closed. This band, though, causes the front cover to warp and bow out. That front cover is not sturdy nor stiff enough to withstand that band. This makes me wonder if it will be durable enough to last a while.
Overall it's a good folio but the price is too high for the durability of the materials. Alas, it was the cheapest folio I could find on Bestbuy.com

What's great about it: Charges multiple devices very well, weight, design
What's not so great: Price, USB charging port a little flimsy
I bought this because I am hopelessly addicted to the game Ingress, which, for the uninitiated, means I'm out walking around using my phone and its GPS for hours. I needed something that could charge the large battery of a Samsung Galaxy S4, iPad 2, and Galaxy Tab 3 ten inch. This fit the bill, however it was the only one at Best Buy that could, which was disappointing. It would have been nice to have variety but this is what I'm stuck with and so far it's working good. I can charge the phone and a tablet at the same time, though it will run dead after 2 charges. Two phone scan be recharged 4 times before running dead.
My only two complaints are as follows: Price and the USB connector.
For $100 this is a bit too much. Yes, it works, yes it does what is advertised, but if it had been $50 I would've bought two. I think it's suffering from being the only high end recharger that Best Buy sells so its priced up accordingly.
The USB plug on the charger that you plug into in order to recharge the Mophie is... a little flimsy. You can see that the plug is just sitting there in the port hole, and affixed to a circuit board probably beyond inside, but there's no rigidity to it. I think over time this plug will become lose from that circuit board because all of the stresses of plugging are all on that board. If it was somehow secured in the housing of the Mophie it would probably last longer. At this point I don't have confidence it will last more than a year.
Never the less, if you have to buy this from Best Buy, and you need a large capacity charging battery, this is your only bet. It's intelligent, sleek, and lightweight, but I really wish there were other models to choose from.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Weight, Screen Size
What's not so great: Windows 8, Access panels are cheap plastic and break easily,
I bought this for the kids and immediately our first huge problem was Windows 8. The kids didn't have a clue and it was frustrating as can be.
It took about 4 hours of wrestling with Windows 8's terrible system controls to liberate the laptop and reinstall Windows 7 on it. Granted that probably voided a warranty but this laptop was basically useless with Windows 8.
Unless you're just madly in love with Windows 8 or are extremely comfortable with it, don't buy this laptop. However, if you're willing to install Windows 7 please continue.
The screen is big, nice and wide, the weight is good, it's sturdy plastic that seems durable. That said, the access panels on the bottom for replacing memory, hard drive, etc. are ridiculous. They're held on by plastic tabs and break easily. Not screws as other laptops in the same class. If you ever need to replace the memory or hard drive you're going to have to keep those panels closed with electrical tape because it's almost unavoidable to the untrained person not to break them. It's that bad.
This is a good laptop. If those bottom panels were better, and if it came with the option to downgrade to Windows 7, it would make it an excellent laptop. Good battery life, bright screen, nice trackpad that's easy to use, good keyboard, and not too heavy.
This product is... Big screen size, windows 8, poor quality

What's great about it: Price, Android, Screen quality, apps
What's not so great: Weight, Size, Layout
We purchased this tablet for my company to use in the testing of Android apps. When I got it in the mail the home screen button was broken, but a quick trip to my local Best Buy to swap solved that problem. As I got to using it, though, I was surprised by 3 key points, but first some caveats: I use an iPad and I have a Galaxy S4 phone.
1. This table could be used as a reliable boat anchor or mortar round. It's pretty darn heavy.
2. The layout of everything is markedly different than the S4. Confusing even.
3. Like it's bigger and smaller cousins the Galaxy Tab 3 is BLOATED with junk-ware. Software that Samsung and others installed that you cannot uninstall. At this point even if you are tech savvy and know what you're doing you can't uninstall those apps. That's a problem b/c it takes up space and gets in the way.
With those points aside let's get another thing straight: As yourself why you're buying this tablet. We chose it because it was the cheapest of the "Reliable" Android tablets. Those points may be good for some but for the masses it will probably disappoint.
We really should have gone for that extra inch and gotten the 8 inch. Some people may be satisfied with 7 inches but when you're use to an iPad that extra 1 or 3 inches (depending on model) really makes a difference. Not just on ease of us but clarity, eye strain, reading, etc. The overall size makes it good for fitting in a purse, or heck even cargo pants, but bigger is .. well..nice!
Moving around the menus can be a little awkward if you're use to other Android devices. Items such as security and applications features are not where you expect them to be. This is probably due to only having Android 4.1 Jelly Bean (API level 16). The Galaxy S4 comes with 4.2.2. So perhaps with a little update at some point things will get better.
All in all though, if you're getting something for business that you need to be a cheap Android tablet, without much bells and whistles, this is a good product choice. You've got all the standard apps out of the box: Calendar, music, photo management, weather, document creation, etc. If you're committed to Android but see yourself as a power/business user, go for the 10 incher. If you're not tech savvy, if you like bigger screens, ease of use, and in particular if weight is important, you should probably choose the iPad.
This product is... responsive touch screen, easy to set up, A nice compact size, Sharp graphics, heavy, a little too small

What's great about it: Size, weight, screen
What's not so great: Loaded with bad apps, short battery life, steep learning curve
I upgraded from an iPhone 4 to this phone primarily because of its size. I wanted that bigger screen, and boy did I get it. The S4 is an excellent example of the new "phablet" era of smartphones. The screen is bright, it's fast, good sound for music, call quality is pretty good, and the rear facing camera is outstanding. Unfortunately it comes loaded with "bloat ware" - bad apps from Samsung and Sprint that take up nearly a gigabyte of space and which YOU CANNOT UNINSTALL without some tech knowledge. That was a big disappointment. The repair-ability of this phone has been rated very high and that figured into my thinking before buying.
Best of all: You are not controlled by Apple in terms of what you put on the phone or how you customize it. All options are on the table, from changing how the desktop works to better camera apps. Customization to the roof.
If you're tech savvy this is a good phone. Even if you are, though, and you're coming from iPhone land, it'll take some time to get use to. The screen real estate is going to surprise you, the speed will impress, and the price is - eh - the usual for smartphones. You'll need to be familar with Google products because the phone is heavy on using those apps, but you are free to install others.

What's great about it: Size, speed, specs
What's not so great: Photos on BestBuy.com are wrong, specs online are not correct, Windows 8, a little pricey
I needed a solid computer to replace a work machine that just does word processing, Outlook, and web surfing, but it had to run 3 monitors. When I found this one on BestBuy.com I thought I'd found the one. The photos clearly show a second video card adding extra DVI and VGA ports. Boy was I surprised when I got it home and the computer didn't have the extra ports. A call with Geek Squad at Best Buy got me a "The website is wrong all the time, we're really sorry."
Really? Why doesn't someone fix that? Found out this is the same with the 4gb version as well. Both have incorrect photos and specs.
So I had to buy a video card and put it in, and so far it works. Sadly it only comes with Windows 8. Even with the 8.1 update 8 is just painful to use. Especially if you're heavily dependent on the Start Menu. Just an awful operating system. If you buy this computer you should, at the very least, upgrade to 8.1 (free update) and set aside several hours of learning and frustration time to learn 8.
The specs on BestBuy.com are also really lacking. Sliding the panel from the side to peak inside I saw it has four SATA data plugs, and four sata power plugs. There is one extra hard drive bay, one spare bay for a CD/DVD/BluRay, and some other kind of strange half-bay beneath that. One PCI 16, three PCI 1's, no standard PCI or AGP slots.
So my final verdict is that it's a good computer if you want something strictly for work. Gaming is not very good on it (tested with Half Life 2), the photos online are a lie, be mindful if you'll be adding any older cards such as AGP or PCI, though the cost should be more around $350. The memory and hard drive doesn't make up for the high price.

What's great about it: Great recording quality, good battery life, silent operation, small
What's not so great: Can be a little quirky to figure out, software isn't super for transferring
I bought this to record conference calls and meetings because I am TERRIBLE at taking notes. For conference calls it works perfectly. For meetings I put it in a briefcase or a jacket pocket and it records super well. I am impressed because it's really cheap. After I've recorded I connect the device via a USB cable to my PC and the Sony software transfers the files. Unfortunately the labeling of the files is a little confusing and there's no way to configure naming and notes in the program. Instead you must go to the My Documents folder and rename the files yourself. Otherwise I could not be happier.
ONE drawback, and this is kinda odd.. When you want to delete a file, you hold down the delete button. It will then PLAY the file while also asking if you are sure you want to delete - in which case you would hit the delete button again to confirm. This is kinda odd b/c in deletions you have to hear a second or three of each file.
Overall very satisfied. It's easy to use, lightweight, long battery life, great recording quality from a briefcase or next to a phone, and a really great price.

What's great about it: The acting by Sean Penn is top notch and it shows the struggle homosexuals have had to go through, even in San Francisco
What's not so great: It's a little long. As well, if you're bigoted and homophobic this movie is a way too intelligent for you.
What makes the film Milk a remarkable story is that you see what it was like for homosexuals in the 1970s and how they overcame great animosity to find acceptance. This is a movie about one mans life who dared to challenge hate and won, but ended up giving his life for it in the end. There are no explicit scenes. This is NOT Brokeback Mountain. Milk is a movie of triumph and struggle, not bedrooms and more bedrooms. More history than innuendo with incredible acting by Sean Penn and Josh Brolin, the movie will bring you to tears... unless you're a bigot.

How do you know when it’s fully charged?

when is it fully charged when I push the button on the side the fourth LED is flashing.
There's a button on the side that when pressed lights up a series of LED lights to tell you it's charged. When it's plugged in those lights will come on and stay solid green when fully charged.

Not waterproof. Unless it has liquipel inside that they don't tell us about I seriously doubt this is waterproof. The ports are not sealed in any way which means water could easily slip inside. I wouldn't get this in the rain even.

Are there document and research programs available for downloading?

I'm a professional writer and journalism student and will use this primarily for school and freelance writing and editing and research projects. What else do I need with my tab 3 to be up and running?
Gosh, to be honest, and with apologies, I'd suggest taking it back and getting a bigger tablet. If you're a professional writer and journalism student I think you'll be more satisfied with a bigger version.

That said I suggest purchasing a case to protect it, and not an InCase or just a cover, but something that really wraps around and cradles it.

As a professional writer you may benefit from an external Bluetooth keyboard. Something like a Logitech - K810 Bluetooth Illuminated Keyboard, Model: 920-004292 / SKU: 6640612.

There's also a really great, free app, for Android called "AirDroid" which allows you to control your Android tablet over wifi from your desktop computer. This has been absolutely vital for us in moving photos, documents, both to and from the tablet.

Hope that helps!
