The new iPad Pro 9.7" offers some significant improvements over the Air 2 and a compelling upgrade from my current Air. First is Apple Pencil support which is only present in the "Pro" models. Split screen is supported which allows you to work in two apps side by side. Two nice hardware upgrades are True Tone which maintains a white screen in different lighting and the four speakers which improves sound when holding the iPad in different orientations. Finally, performance is sufficient to handle any web site or app that I use without bogging down. The old Air was becoming sluggish with recent IOS updates.
In summary, for anyone who owns an iPad oder than the Air 2, or if Pencil support is desired, I think you'll be impressed by the 9.7" Pro.

What's great about it: Lightweight, great screen, good performance
What's not so great: Thin aluminum shell is a step back in durability
The iPhone 5 is a good iOS device with excellent call quality, good camera, good battery life, and a gorgeous display. The UI is smooth and responsive. Most functions are user friendly / easy to find.
My only complaint is the new aluminum body is thin and easy to nick / scratch. Hopefully Apple learns from this experiment and makes some improvements for the next model.
There really isn't much to say that hasn't already been said. It isn't better or worse than android, just different. If you prefer the iPhone this is a decent upgrade from a 3 or 4 but not necessarily from a 4S.
