our new samsung french 4 door refrigerator shows a hinged glass shelf at the very top o f the refrigerator . that hinge seems to go up only a an inch

can that hinged shelf go all the way up to the side of the refrigerator?
Takes a little pushing but it goes all the way up. Hinges are tight when you first get it but it will push all the way up with a little force.
