What's great about it: Excellent value
What's not so great: A bit "plasticy" - feels cheap.
Overall, this drive does exactly what it should do. For me, it was simply plug-n-play. For the price, I'm quite pleased with the performance and the size really can't be beat. Very slim and light. The only negative I would give it is that the case is built with relatively cheap plastic so it may not be very robust. However, considering the price, you could use it for a year and get a new one later.

I'm very pleased with this cleaner! It was priced right, performs exceptionally well, and has all of the attachments and accessories I will ever need. Excellent product!

What's great about it: Nice quality
What's not so great: No hole for front-facing camera.
Do NOT buy this if you have a Touch 4G and intend to use to front camera. There is no hole for the camera and the frosted cover distrorts the image significantly. I hate it when they say "for the new iPod Touch." What does "new" mean? How old is the item? Of course, here is specifically says "4G" - WRONG!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Yes, it has a long hose (I think it is 8' but not sure), a crevice tool, a spinning brush tool, and a standard hand tool. Lots of accessories.

What accessories are included?
I was looking at this exact same carpet cleaner on Amazon, and in its description of accessories that come with the carpet cleaner, there's a lot more listed? For this carpet cleaner there's only a crevice tool and upholstery tool included, but the one on Amazon includes the crevice tool, upholstery tool, stair tool, spinscrub powered hand tool, 8' hose and mesh storage bag. I checked the number and they're the exact same carpet cleaner, so does the one here on Best Buy not come with all those extras like the one on Amazon?
The one I purchased had all of the accessories you listed. I was actually surprised myself considering the sparse list online. All accessories pack in a mesh bag for convenient storage.
