I paid $26.99 for this on deal of the day and had a $15 rewards certificate, so the deal was unbeatable.
I have an Android phone I use as a an extra toy when I want to and this card works fine it it (so far, as I've only tested it out).
But I bought this to replace the 64 GB Scandisk I had in my Surface 3. When I do, it recognizes the card, then if fails and stops working.
My Surface crapped out on me, so when I get it exchanged I'll try this in that one and will give 5 stars if it works fine.

I've been looking for some bluetooth headphones for a while. I don't like anything inside of my ear; it's painful and uncomfortable. These were in expensive and I didn't want to pay a lot of money, so I read the reviews and took the plunge. I'm not disappointed. They sound great and I'm able to talk on the phone and others can hear me very clearly. I paired them to my iPhone and my iPad.

Microsoft created Windows 10 and they created the Surface line to match their new O.S. I had given on on Microsoft, but this gives me new hope. My main computer is a macbook pro, but that went down right as I was trying to start a final, so I went and bought this; works great. I've learned to store all of my school documents on cloud drives (computer goes down and it's stored locally and you're in deep -ish.
This isn't the most powerful computer, but it works and doesn't frustrate me like every other Windows device I've used since the inception of Windows 8. The keyboard and pen are sold separately, so that drives the full cost up, but if you buy this, you're going to definitely want the keyboard and likely the pen as well.

I bought a Surface 3 and there's no way you can buy that and not get the keyboard. It's made for the Surface 3, so it's perfect for it. the magnet snaps it right into place and holds it, and this never has to be charged. The mouse and keyboard are very responsive, no missed keys like I've experienced with Bluetooth keyboards.
If you have the Surface 3, it's a no brainer; you have to buy this keyboard.

I was looking for some inexpensive over the ears for when I don't want to use my Bose ear buds. I paid $150 for those and wasn't going to spend that kind of money again. When I saw these on sale and the mostly good reviews, I figured I'd give them a try. I have not been disappointed.
I know a lot of people who buy Beats for the name and I think they are absolute c-r-a-p. I had a pair once and I was not impressed. To compare these Skullcandy headphones to the Beats, these win, hands down.
I'm over wearing Bluetooth headphones because I've had too many negative experiences. There have a single cord that can be swapped out, so I don't have to be concerned with the possibility of that becoming damaged.
These are also fairly comfortable. I have a big head, so they might be a bit snugger than a smaller-headed individual, but it's not too bad.

I've connected this to my Macbook, iPhone and iPad and they all sound great. This has good bass and music sounds good on it. I also use the audio in to listen to my TV at my desk because it's mounted on the wall and the audio from this speaker sounds a lot better from this speaker. It took a long time for the initial charge, but because it's always at my desk, I just charge it from time to time and if I'm watching TV for a long time, I'll leave it plugged in.

So with that said, I cannot complain. I purchased this so I could have something inexpensive, small and could throw in my purse or pocket to read school books on the go. I own an iPad Air 2. I paid $450 for that, so it's not fair to compare the two.
Of course Amazon doesn't have the apps that Apple has. If you're looking for something to read books on, but to be able to hop online from time to time on a screen bigger than a smartphone, this is it.
The screen resolution isn't top of the line, the audio isn't great, but you can watch Amazon video, youtube and other streaming services on this table.
If you know the capabilities of this tablet, then you won't have your expectations set too high. With that said, comparing this to any other $49 tablet, this wins. With the low-end cost of this, if I had the finances, I'd find an under privileged school district and buy these for them. The features of setting these up for educational time for kids is great. If you haven't already exposed your kid to iPads, I'd recommend one of these.
I think the Fire would also be good for someone who isn't a techy. I don't even consider the camera on this. They could have left that off of the device, but I suppose if you purchase one of these for grandma, she can use it to skype the grandkids. I just see a lot of possibility for this because of the features and cost.

So I'm an Apple user and I do have an iPad Air 2, but I wanted something with expandable memory so I could take more movies with me.
I was looking at this or the Tab 4 10.1 and the higher resolution and other specs got me.
Here are my issues: First, this thing won't read a micro SD card. I have a genuine Samsung Class 10 32GB card and another brand class 10. The cards work fine in my macbook pro and Dell Venue 8 pro, but this tablet doesn't recognize them at all.
Second, I restarted it and the wifi stopped working altogether. I had to power down the tablet and turn it back on to get it to work again.
Samsung's WatchOn app no longer works, but you can't uninstall it.
Speakers suck. I really wanted this to be a nice tablet, but I'll stick with my iPad and next time I upgrade, buy one with more storage.

I got this as a Christmas gift for my 4yr old. Just opened today and I'm playing with it more than her. iPhone is connected via Bluetooth and music plays from it and microphone works at the same time. Bluetooth was easy to connect and it sounds good. I just wish it came with two mics, but for $40 (daily deal), I can't expect much more than this. If I want karaoke music and lyrics, I'll just use YouTube on one of our apple devices. I might keep this for myself and buy my kid another one, lol.

What's great about it: Easy set-up, inexpensive, works great!
It is great. I have an HD TV and I need cable, but don't need to pay extra for cable. I plugged it into my TV, found my channels and was off and running. Picture and sound is crisp and this was on sale for $5.99. I used $5 worth of reward points and got it for $1. You can't beat this. Between this, Netflix and Hulu Plus, I love watching my television.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Is Excel included in the free year subscription?
Yes. It's the full Microsoft Office suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook... maybe Access and others, but I'm not on my Surface to check right now.

Do these fit over in-ear hearing aids?
They should. They fit completely over my ear and I don't wear a hearing aid, but I put a small bluetooth in my ear and this fits over it.

Kindle VS Fire Tablet
I want my first device to basically read books. Which do you think is the wiser choice a Kindle or a Fire Tablet?
If all you want to do is read books, then it doesn't matter, but for $49, you get a device capable of much more than just reading books.

Does this have a back light background for reading books at night?
I want to read books at night on my Tablet and want to know if the screen can be back lit for easier reading when it is dark.
The screen is lit. It's like any other tablet or even computer screen. you can definitely read in the dark on this.

Of course. It's wifi driven. You can read books, access Amazon video, youtube, etc. This is a fully capable tablet and and excellent price.

amazon adds 15 to remove ads, does this one have ads built in?
An ad shows on the screen when you wake the tablet out of sleep. I have to say that this isn't at all intrusive because you just swipe up on the screen and you're into the device. They don't pop up on the screen while you're using it. It's simply a sleep screen and the ads actually are products you may find useful.
