What's great about it: solid construction, mounting template easy to use
What's not so great: Challenge was putting the bolts in due to bolt length
The only problem I had with the item was the bolt length, for the back attachments. Everything was properly marked, but there wasn't a bolt length that worked out for my size TV. I had to improvise by using several washers to take up space on the bolts for the mounting. Once I figured that out, I was able to hang the TV by myself easily -- the lips on the top portion of the wall mount were exactly as the instructions indicated.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Will this mount (RF-TVMLPT03) work for a sony kdl55nx720

I don't have a sony in the house, but it should work ... the issues I had with the bolts on the back of mine may have been to my off-brand TV (Dynex). When I was looking at the back of the Sony 55" HDTVs the other week, the bolt pattern on the back looked like it would support the mounting pretty easily.
