What's great about it: Very clear picture, just right for a big screen on my desktop
What's not so great: No negatives
I have several other 1080p Samsung TV's (40" and 52"). So when I wanted a big monitor for my computer, I went for this TV, rather than a large strictly monitor. Computer monitors generally cost much more and have higher resolution. But, I needed a bigger screen at 1080p so as to not have to squint and get up close (as I was doing with my previous HP 22" monitor).
I was a bit worried at first since the picture was a bit ragged, especially when displaying text. But, I discovered that my video card was set to 59HZ, I guess the HP monitors used that. When I went to 60HZ everything cleared right up---beautiful big view now!
I am using the second HDMI input for a 1080p ROKU box. It's quite a treat to see HDX video content spread out in front of me. A bigger field of view than a large home theatre screen would provide.
I've run the stereo sound output to a preamp and good headphones to give great quality sound.
All in all, this is just what I needed! :-)

What is the width of this tv?

My Entertaiment unit has a 34" inch opening.
Will this Tv fit ok?
