It should.Plug it in then click Start then click Computer then Right Click on the Cruzer then click on Properties and ReadyBoost will be in the drop down if it is compatible.

What is the AMP rating on these flash drives?

I am wanting to use this in my vehicle and the max amp rating for my unit is 500 mA.
It should work.If you can find the specs. on your stereo it should tell you.I have used a variety of cruzers in my car stereo and they all worked fine.
