What's great about it: D3 Expansion actually happened and On Time unlike waiting 11 years for D2 LOD to D3
What's not so great: No Off Line Single Player Mode, always has to connect to Battle.net to play game.
Game is Fun but been Nerfed "made easier" but also lacks number of people who play the game for constant Multiplayer friendship. Each Difficulty Level has the same Story Line and Events to follow making it BORING. If you accomplish Normal, the only difference is gaining and wear different Gear and awarded achievements in higher difficulty levels of Nightmare, Hell and Inferno. Playing Soft Core " unlimited lives" is no challenge. Hard Core " perminent Death once killed " has it's moments. Just like most all On-Line Gaming there is Latency / Lag issues which will ultimately get your character killed. Battle.Net has nor ever will be able to resolve Internet Data communication issues betweeen your computer and the game server.
Diablo Lord of Destruction may not have been as Graphical as Diablo 3 but D3 truly not as Fun and does not have a large Fan Base as D2 did
This product has... Multiplayer capable, Excessive violence, okay, still over priced for what you get, requires no online to blizzard fee to play

I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Alienware built well
What's not so great: can't play new games
the issue is with Pre- Factory settings and manufactured meaning it's not custom built . The best way and it's actually cheaper in the long run is to Self-Build Your Own Desktop. You will need to replace this X51 desktop Power Supply and Graphics Card to play those nice powerful , large data size, 3D, high resolution, Fast Frame Rate games. BF4 (Battle Field 4) plays terrible on this system as do some other games dating back to 2011. So you'll need to toss out the $80 power supply and the $150 Video Card (loss of $230) and buy an $160 for 800 to 850 Watt PS and $300 to $500 for a nice Video Card (average $400). So now you actually spent $630 more (considering loss of $230 and that $400 you put in to upgrade). With that in mind, you could have built an identical desktop for $200 less than what you've paid. Imagine building a PC to your specifications from scratch depending on how much money you have. Build your Own is the only way to go and you can save $ Hundreds.
This product is... A nice compact size, Attractive design, needs upgrade for better performance, over priced for sub-standard parts

What's great about it: Longevity and Convenience
What's not so great: Sometimes gets hot, very rare disconnect
Had this Cisco/ Linksys AE2500 USB - N Adapter since 2008 nearly 5 years. Works like a champion.
The reason Data Rate is lower than a built in wireless card is because of USB limitations of the computer itself. Don't blame the adapter.
It has been known some of the products have Signal Issues.
If You encounter poor signal strength when you're less than 40 feet away then Return Product and get another from a different Best Buy Store or get one from an Online Vendor. Different batch and delivery
to ensure you don't get another semi-dysfunctional unit. Don't buy from same place as you may get another freaky one.
Can't go wrong as I need another AE2500 for my newest self built desktop. I wonder when " N" will be replaced hopefully not for a couple more years.

What's great about it: A very good laptop
What's not so great: Too high of price
Given what was out last year about this same time. You were able to get an affordable very good AMD A10gpu 15 inch for under $700. In a year they boost the graphics and much better monitor with higher screen resolution. Considering this unit or build should cost around $900 as technology has improved in a years time. Probably look into an Intel i7 3rd generation cpu with dedicated graphics that is around $1100-1300 to get you monies worth. If price was about $900 for this unit then you have a deal. I'd wait to get something reasonable.

What's great about it: Capacity and Price
What's not so great: Slow and not retractable, if you stomp on it ..it will break.lol
1st just reformat the flash drive, then it's not as slow any more.
Good data capacity and reliable. Just don't walk on it, drive over it since it can be crushed. Don't leave it in your pockets when it's laundry time as it isn't Wash/ water Proof. You can get a real deal / bargain
knowing someone that works for Best Buy. I picked up 2 for $32 or $16 each. With SSD's dropping in price so will flash drives as next year the 32GB will cost less than $15 and look towards those 128GB to be around $60.

What's great about it: Never Hot, reinforced Keyboard, quality Screen
What's not so great: Weight, Keyboard layout little tight.
Value for Price gets 4 stars as doesn't include Blu-ray or the better nVidia GTX670m graphics card. Wished there was room for another Hard drive. As for Convenience gets 4 stars cause it's Heavy to lug around. In the 15 inch Laptop Size you cannot beat this well built ASUS unit. Other contenders are MSI and Alienware for this spot so you should look into them to make your decision. Otherwise for more perks, gaming, upgrade and expandabilty you'll need a 17 inch costing at $1500 plus. There really not anything here about this ASUS G55VW-DS71 that it cannot do and beats just about every 15 inch laptop on the current market.

What's great about it: Intel i5 3rd Gen CPU, Price
What's not so great: 1366x768 res. screen, Intel HD4000
My daughter has the AMD version HP m6-1035dx bought On Sale for $579, Orig. $699 on July 31st. now listed as $649.
The Intel version HP m6-1045dx was Org.$799 went on Sale for $699, but still marked down to $699. Comparing the 2 they are very much alike but the 1045dx does have a bit extra like 2GB more memory and Blue Tooth enabled. If you're a Gamer then the 1035dx is for you, if not much into games then definitely this HP m6-1045dx will run very well with Apps. The reason for the 1035dx is cause the AMD HD7660G graphics is performs about 20 percent better than the Intel HD4000. AMD A10 apu barely on Par with Intel i5 2nd Gen and since the 1045dx has i5 3rd Gen just beats the A10 apu without a sweat. Most all 15 inch laptops have 1366x768 resolution and gamers prefer 1920x1080 res. screens then again any serious Gamer wouldn't buy a 15 inch but a 17 inch. For the price either HP units you're getting a very good deal for performance value per dollar.
AMD will generally be $100 to $150 less than its Intel counterpart.since Intel always wants more money on its ability to produce better CPU's and and notorious Company Name.
Gamer = 1035dx, Business like =1045dx.
This product is... Good sound quality, Perfect for Business, Easy to set up and is lightning fast, A nice compact size, not for serious gamers, good laptop for college

What's great about it: Price for low end Mid-Line laptop
What's not so great: Screen, Black shows finger prints, slow boot, Bloatware
1st- for the Price couldn't beat it for the performance on Sale for $579.(Orig. $699#. WIth RZ discount and a few perks, got 2 yrs Accidental Damage Protection Plan/ Black-Tie, including Sales Tax cost me $622. Then add $20 Free Norton Anti-Virus and a return of RZ points felt like I walked out with nice savings. The m6-1035dx only came out in April 2012 and already On Sale end of July. Issue- not a good quality Screen #Passable), low wireless B-G-N reception as have to be very near Router / Antenna for better signal, very slow SATA HDD@ 5400rpm, Touchpad outer perimeter is terrible as need to place fingers toward center of pad. As most know Black always shows fingerprints and dust. BLOATWARE. Subwoofer underside so muffled sound. Beats Audio is loud, nice Backlite keyboard, runs MS Office 2010 Pro very well, USB 3.0 very fast as played movie off of External Hard Drive. HP Diagnostics/Tools is great. Really not much to complain about except the Screen Viewing ability and some weird color distortion . Used Dead Pixel Buddy - had No Dead Pixels so I was happy. Can play most games on Low and Mid Settings for best Frame Rates. Score of 3 Stars due to the Screen and TouchPad doesn't work around the Edges. Wanted the ASUS G55VW-DS71 but @ $1,500 plus for a Top End Laptop and it weighs over 8 lbs. For my $622 I am very happy to settle with a Mid-Line that can also play most games even though not at High Performmance settings. For now can use $900 saved on other Priorities. Too bad most of you won't get the same bargain as I did but still worth the investment.
This product is... Good sound quality, A nice compact size, kind to the budget, plays most games at low and mid settings

What's great about it: Price and Size
What's not so great: May not be the Best product on the market
As with a new car or other products. You can have either a good or poorly made unit. Seagate might not be terrific but has to meet certain standards to market their product. I had been a Maxtor fan for years even when the Hard Drive crashed/ failed still bought Maxtor. It's personal preference same as one for purcahsing a new car.
I do believe through course of time Western Digital is likely to be in the Top 3 if not number 1. But as with any use of a product a defect or flaw can occur Mechanically or Software wise. For the price, reasonable Reliability, company reputation on the line. SEAGATE is still a good product. Maybe Seagate can up their Warranty and will even RECOVER your Data if the Hard Drive fails at minimal fee or Free. You get what you pay for! Sometimes it pans out. Even the most expensive product is not a 100 percent guarantee.

What's great about it: Wait and See
What's not so great: Why did Blizzard make Fans wait so long?
Blizzard initially was to release Diablo 3 in 2006 but was placed on back burner to re-establish a better playing style while working and updating World of Warcraft their winning bread maker. (Honest I don't think Blizzard wanted to put time into D3 ). D3 process took MORE than 5 years just to get to the Beta stage. My expectations is this product won't be as good as WoW and previous Diablo 2 followers will not commit to D3 after Blizz failed to Support the Consumers with the Original series. Only Time will Tell if D3 will make or break.

Is there such a cable that has a subwoofer plug on one end and rca cables on the other?

need to hook up my subwoofer into my laptop speakers that only have rca hookups.
Due to Laptop amplification to deliver enough POWER to support a subwoofer by rca cable is unlikely. You can purchase a Speaker Bar then uses USB port connection that can give you better quality sound.

Which splitter.

I have an indoor antenna in the livingroom. It provides free channels on the Samsung HDTV in the living room. However if I install a RCA DH 24 SP two way splitter, either 5-2400 Mhz or a 5-3 Ghz, both HDTV's tell me the signal is too weak. What iS your suggstion
With a Splitter get an Amplifier. Connect HDTV closest to main connection and attach Splitter. At the other TV (2nd Unit farthest away) connect an Amplifier (usually they have to be plugged in because it is electronics). Use a high Band Pass filter 5-3GHz splitter. Also you could connect main cable to the Amplifier input then at the output use the splitter. Are you able to get Cable or Dish TV ? If not then just purchase an Indoor Antenna unit with built in Amplifier. Depending on your geographic location. If close to a city or in a city your Signal reception should be good. If out in the rural or hilly areas reception could be poor, especially when you can get interference from aircraft flying above and bad weather. Certain stations/ channels you'll have to move the VHS ears around or the UHF piece to get a good signal than the screen saying " Weak Signal" and no picture.

Bose 321 Speaker Mount for Flat Panel TV

Hi Geek Squad - Can you help me find a specific type of speak mount that mounts small speakers above a flat panel TV? I recent saw them at a hotel in the Bahamas (see attached) with the Bose 321 system. I would be pleased to purchase these from Best Buy and have the Geek Squad install it in home.

TV Listening Device

Looking for a infrared transmitter for TV with headset. Do you carry such a product?
Hi! Try going to Best Buy website. If the product exists on their website then they sell it. Otherwise they don't. ...BBY does not make special purchases. If you know where they sell them .. best to get it from there.
I have a wireless "PLANTRONICS" Audio 995H Headset. The transmitter plugs into an USB port on my Desktop and Laptop. Needs to charge up first (takes 4 hours and you get just over 200 minutes listening / mic time before requiring a recharge. You can not use it while charging. Yes.. bought it at BBY like 4 years ago when I once had played WoW. "World of Warcraft" don't recall the price but it was over $110. Only 3 major set backs to the 995H after 2 hours makes your ears tender, lose connection if more than 20 feet away and battery life. Sound and Vocal quality is above average and with them on .... no outside noise since they cover the ear.

I have a HP desktop 1TB with hard drive failure what's the best and least expensive way to resolve?

How long ago do you purchase the desktop. Do you know whether it's a Start Up issue as Windows will not boot or that you hear chattering / clunking noise and the Hard Drive has a Mechanical problem. Do you have a Extended Service Plan from BBY "Geek Squad". If not then just purchase a new Hard Drive which a 1TB will cost $70 to $100 but recommend to go with Western Digital "WD" .
Hope you know how to reinstall Windows 7 or Windows 8 if possible.
If the Operating System/ Win7 or Win8 was on the Malfunctioning Hard Drive as a Partition then helpfully you have the Manual or can find the Label on your Desktop that has Windows 7 or Windows 8 KEY (Code) to enter from your Back Up DVD . Geek Squad cost too much for simple tasks ... many that you can do yourself except when it comes to actually repairing like the Motherboard. Todays common aspect for society is...it's cheaper to toss away and buy another one. Repair costs are ridiculous when over $60 to $100 per hour for labor. Some diagnostic tests or looking at it has a 1 hour fee.
It is awful that companies make things in Quanity rather than producing a QUALITY product.

I need a desktop to run 2014 quickbooks pro with payroll what would be the best computer to run it fast ? I don't want a all in one unit

I have been running quickbooks on dells have been happy time to upgrade really only need CPU tower like to keep monitor and keyboard and printer want a CPU that will last about at least 5 years!
Any stand alone Desktop (Tower) with Intel i-7 4th Generation CPU will do and best to have 8GB memory. As long as you are not looking to play new games. It'll be fast. Also Windows 8 (8.1 upgrade) if you are use to Apple iPod / IPad , Mobil devices, Kindle , or love using APP Icons and Touch Screen then Windows 8 might be for you. Personally you maybe better off with Windows 7 Premium if you don't want to learn the new style. Probably spend $650 -$750 for typical or average. If want Terrific Graphics to play games or to have Multiple (Dual Monitors) then looking at $900 to $1400.

do all towers have wireless internet capabillity?

No! But you can purchase a USB Network Adapter. I have use Cisco / Linksys AE2500 (it is about 2 and half inches tall) for a good 4 years now and it's very reliable. Cost $40 - $45.
Just plug into your USB port and load the driver if Windows 8.1 does not do it for you.

Software - what do you plan to do with the computer ? Just browse the Internet and pay bills on-line, Skype (Visual and Voice using a Webcam) free chat service, Do you plan on using it for Business ?
Do you need a Word Processor and Power Point for presentations - could opt to download for free OPEN OFFICE 3.1 which is compatible instead of spending $400 plus on Microsoft Office. Play games you'll need a very good dedicated (not built on Mothrboard graphics) Video card. What is your budget ? $500 or $1400. Sorry, but what Dell model do you plan on purchasing ? Have you done your HomeWork as in researching, reading and asking questions about what computer is the right choice for you.

What to buy?

Is all in one as good as Desk top> What is the difference? Best Computor?
If you have a Monitor, Keboard that is only a few years old then get a stand alone Desktop. All In One is the complete package minus Printer. Look and browse at Best Buy .. ask questions .. find one that you like ... go HOME and do some Research on the product and read up on Reviews. (Do your Homework before you purchase something you'll regret). Go back to Best Buy and select what you deem is best and affordable for you. Don't let Best Buy staff talk you into buying what you not sure of ... meaning they can influence you thinking you've made a good choice. Use common sense and stay in your budget or maybe 10 percent more than willing cause there is a computer a bit more desireable that suits your needs. A wise choice will allow you to go home content and happy also you'll get upto a good 4 or 5 years use from the new computer before it is absolete in todays technical applications / era.

Did not give us Model Name and possible age of the Hewlett Packard desktop. We cannot determine what it has other than 4GB and 320GB HDD as you've given. If no Built In WiFi then get a $50 USB Network Adapter (Linksys/ Cisco or Belkin) that plugs into the USB port.
