Short answer is No. This is strictly a storage medium that can be formatted by an OS disc (Windows, Linux, etc.) and run an operating system. In order to install windows you will need to purchase a retail copy from a reputable vendor. If the cost is an issue, please check out Linux Mint or Ubuntu. Both are valid Linux operating systems that are easy to learn and can do most anything you need out of windows...maybe even more :) You will need to download an iso from either of their sites and install it to a cd or usb key. Use imgburn for the cd and unetbootin for the usb drive. Unetbootin can even retrieve the iso right from the program. Happy Computing!
