Stopped working after 6 months!

What a piece of junk!!!! It started not connecting to the network after a few months. After 6 months it will not connect at all! I called Nest and waited on hold for an hour! What a joke! This is the WORST support! This thing I re-set to factory settings, did a hard re-set and it will not link up to the router! Pure and simple JUNK!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I read the reviews before delivery and purchasing. What I loved was the adjustable shelves to accommodate holidays and every day. The bottom pull out comes out for cleaning. The top is fabulous for knives and spatulas. It is so quiet you never know it is running. The only issue was the installation people tried to tell me that I needed to replace the hot water valve for $129.00 and the plumbing main valve. Neither had an issue. I told them no and had them finish.
I would recommend this to a friend!

OMG! I wish I had done this sooner! I love this oven! I looked high and low for one that had the convection oven option. I purchased the double oven and wanted a third oven option for Thanksgiving. This one had it. I was stunned the first time I used it at how silent it is! You don't even hear it cooking OMG! It is worth what I paid for it for that feature only! MAKE SURE YOU GET THE RIGHT INSTALLATION COMPANY! DO NOT USE OPTIMA! THEY DRILLED TWO HOLES IN THE TOP AND BUTCHERED MY TOP CABINET WHICH IS OPEN AND I HAD COOK BOOKS AND KNIVES ON TOP. THEY DID NOT EVEN MAKE THE SCREWS FLUSH! THEY INSTALLED THIS RIGHT BEFORE JULY 4th AND SHOWED UP WAY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT TIME AND RUSHED TO GET OUT! I DID NOT KNOW THERE WERE DIFFERENT INSTALLATION COMPANIES AND THOUGHT THEY WERE THE SAME COMPANY MY LOCAL STORE HAD. THIS I PURCHASED AT ANOTHER BEST BUY STORE THAT WAS LARGER. THEY USED OPTIMA. THEY WERE RUDE WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND BLAMED ME FOR THEIR HORRIBLE INSTALLATION! BUYER BEWARE! USE CORY THEY WERE AMAZING WITH MY OVEN! I HAVE READ THE REVIEWS ON THE PRODUCTS AND MANY OF THE ISSUES I SAW WERE INSTALLATION RELATED! I HAVE ATTACHED THE OVEN I PURCHASED AS WELL. LOVE THEM BOTH! INSTALLATION ON THE OVEN WAS AMAZING UNLIKE THE MICROWAVE!

What's great about it: DOUBLE OVEN
What's not so great: NOTHING!
I am in love with my new oven! I purchased this oven to replace a Kitchenaid Architect Series Oven. This had features that the other one had the reverse and used to drive me crazy. The knobs are on top so no one leans on the oven and turns it on. The cooktop is so much better! It was constantly dirty on the old model and it made me crazy! This one it looks amazing! It has the double oven which I really have wanted for years! For those of us who cook for Thanksgiving it is a necessary evil. I was tired of having the door slightly open at the end with all the side dished heating up. This way I don't have to worry about having enough room and can start to heat up at the end of the cooking of the turkey! I love the double oven for normal days when the kids want to make pizza it uses less electricity and is easier for them to get to! I also added the microwave that I am attaching to this review. What I loved is it it is a convection and microwave. So I have 3 ovens for Thanksgiving!!!! I read all the reviews and realized that installation was an issue after I had mine. MAKE SURE CORY IS DOING THE INSTALLATION! My local store (Pinecrest) this was who they used. They came in with white gloves and took out the old one and then brought in the new one. They pushed it forward and made it flush with the tile on both sides OMG! It looks like it was made to fit in the space!

how advanced does my house need to be to operate?
what are the specifications on how to install in home and wether or not my home is compatible with th e device?
This is NOT something you can self-install! I had to call my AC guy to link up with this thing! I paid him to do so and 6 months later it does not work! I do not recommend this at all!

I did not receive an instruction booklet with my range, so how do you set the time on the clock?(not the timer, just the time of day). Thanks.

are the large burners on the left supposed to go off and on when set on high
If the double side is turned on they both heat up. They are individually turned on.

Does this vent to outside?
Yes, if you have the vent in place it will.
