What's great about it: Just plug it in and go
Did not have any problems partitioning this drive ready for Time Machine and Data Storage.
Came formatted in OS X Extended (Journaled), which saves a step.
Good Warranty

How do I install the software?

I bought this for my macbook. The directions say to open windows explorer but I don't have that explorer; I have safari and firefox. I went to the toshiba support site and they don't list the model as even available. Help.

Plug it into your Mac.
It should mount on the desktop. (Don't worry if it doesn't)
Launch Disk Utility and Partition the drive into ONE partition.
Choose Mac OS X Extended (Journaled) as the format.
Under OPTIONS, choose GUID.

Hit the Apply button and you should be good to go

How do I get support for HDWC130XK3J1?

Tried www.toshibastorage.com and couldn't find support for it. Three days after I bought it simply died, AC power adapter probably dead or something else, 'cause the Canvio led is not even coming on...
