Got it to work once and nothing. Phoning Samsung tech support is almost pathetic, not quite that good yet. When a free video is chosen a box appears with the word DOWNLOAD. Nowhere does it explains how one can D/L anything. Returning unit back to BB.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Ringtone volume +15
What's not so great: Band is not long enough.
If your average size be prepared to buy another band.
