This is a great addition to your laptop. We use it with both a Gateway and Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro. It works fantastic. The keyboard is comfortable and the mouse has great response too. The transmitter is ultra small and uses a USB port. I would recommend this unit. Hope this helps!

This printer was purchased to work with a Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro. It is used by my daughter in college. The printer worked seamlessly when plugged into the Yoga and has worked fine ever since. This is a wonderful low cost, high quality printer that has all of the options a college student needs. Hope this helps!

Yoga good but........

We bought the Yoga so that my daughter could have a versatile laptop for college. The Yoga 2 Pro met and exceeded that requirement. I would recommend this laptop BUT..........be aware of a couple of things that we experienced. The Dragon assistant voice recognition software preloaded on the Yoga is a beta addition. When we first fired up the Yoga it worked perfectly and was a pleasant addition to this device. However, then came the software updates and a new version of Dragon Assistant was updated automatically. Well, it broke Dragon. We reported it in August of last year and Lenovo said they knew about it and that it would be fixed in 2 weeks. Well 5 months and many follow ups later it was still broke. Lenove said they would keep me advised.........didn't happen. So I cruised the web looking for others that shared my misery. I found a posting that said to contact Nuance (the designer of Dragon) That was interesting because I actually contacted them 1st and they said to contact Lenovo. Ha! Well I called Nuance and referenced the posting on THEIR chat postings and I am happy to report that they fixed it. Lenovo is still working on the fix and I didn't tell them it was fixed. Wonder how long that trouble ticket will be active. Ha. I am glad I waited to complete this review because as we speak the laptop is on it's way to repair. It completely died yesterday. It is covered by warrenty and Lenovo was very helpful in paying for shipping etc. However, I have owned many laptops and this is the 1st one that died this way. There are a couple of indicator lights on but it does nothing when the on/off button is pressed. This failure is very disappointing. Especially since my college daughter is now without a computer. Lenovo says it is a 7 business day turnaround. We will see. As I said at the beginning of this review we really like the laptop but not happy about the Dragon issue and now the laptop failure. I hope this is just a "one off" and that others have not had this problem. Hope this helps.

scan multiple pages
Can I scan multiple pages at once or front and back at once?
Hi, Yes this printer can scan multiple pages. That was one of the features that we looked for. Hope this helps.

Playing my Blu Ray movies on the Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 2 Pro
I'd like to play my blu ray and regular Dvd movies on this Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 2 Pro but I don't know how since it doesn't have a blu ray/dvd drive. Can a Blu Ray Player be purchased that can connect to one of the ports such as the USB 3.0? Thank you in advance.
Hi, Yes you can play DVD's and blue rays but you will need to purchase an external player. We wanted to do this with our Yoga 2 Pro and purchased an LG 8x External USB 2.0 Bluray Disc DoubleLayer DVD±RWCDRW Disc Rewriter BP50NB40 at Best Buy for $69 on sale. This works great with the Yoga. Be aware though that the Yoga only has 2 USB ports. 1 of them is a USB 2 and the other a USB 3. The Blue ray players have 2 USB cords. The instructions on the blue ray said to try it with 1 cord and see if it works before connecting cord 2. The player did work with 1 cord so we were happy. We did purchase an Insignia 4Port USB 2.0 Hub Black NS-PCH5421 for $25 bucks at Best Buy to help overcome the USB port shortage on the Yoga. (I think 3 USB's should be standard. Not sure why they skimped on the 3rd port., Anyway, hope this helps!

Does this in fact have AC 5Ghz wifi?
Every where else including on the lenovo website you can't get this laptop with AC wifi. Does this model from Best Buy in fact have AC eifi?
Hi, yes as a matter of fact it can access 5G. I just replaced my older router with a Linksys AS1200+ from Best Buy. This router has 2 freq bands of which 1 is 5G. We were able to connect to the 5G network without any difficulty. Hope this helps.
