Okay so this is my second review. The first one was a 5 star this one will not be as good. I still love the oven it bakes and roasts beautifully. The cook top has been a nightmare. Several service calls. 6 weeks now with elements not working correctly. Now Samsung engineers are tells us it is my cookware. Even if the cookware says induction or induction ready - it doesn't mean that it will work on Samsung. They have told us that we must purchase all CAST IRON cookware. WHAT - NOWHERE in their owners manual does it say that.At this point I just want to go back to gas. I'm tired of playing the "Let's see if the pan will work today" game every time I want to cook. Would I recommend - well I say "RUN FORREST RUN". Oh, by the way - I still love Best Buy. The Denton TX store rocks - ask for Beth.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cooktop configuration

I'm considering buying this range. The features list 2 induction burners and the Flex Cook Zone. Is the Flex Cook Zone induction as well?
Stay away, the induction technology still needs work.

Who manufactures the glass cooking serface?

Does Schott/Ceran manufacture the glass cooking serface? I have a concern about scratching.

Not sure who makes it, but please stay away from Samsung Induction. After almost a year we have no scratches, but the induction is a flop. Samsung engineers are telling us the only true compatible cookware is CAST IRON. It's been nothing but trouble.
