What's great about it: everything else on this is great
What's not so great: everybody complains about background noise
Car, office, home, outside. picks up and seems to multiply background noise for some reason. this is day two. taking it back. my 3 yr old back up motorola BT has better noise cancellation.
everything else on it is great
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

how do I turn off background noise?

To much background noise
you dont, the BT is supposed to do this automatically
