What's great about it: The picture and price vs other flat screens
What's not so great: the refresh rate
Out of box the colors seem off, but once this is calibrated this is a great TV. I can tell that a higher refresh rate would be ideal, but I'm reluctant to go high end since my last high end samsung couldn't last more then 3 years. and cost 1/3 more.
I used settings from CNET to calibrate. http://forums.cnet.com/7723-19410_102-535396/sharp-lc-70le732u-picture-settings/ Hopefully this review goes through and other people can see this to adjust their tv too.
This TV does not have good sound. But that souldnt be a big concern because all tvs these days are like that . I would recommend a sound bar or at least a small sound system with this model.

Why I can not watch u-tube through the my galaxy tab connected by usb connector.

On tv, it said usb is not available. or can not operate now. Insert USB device.
USB on this tv only works with usb thumb drives. It should tell you in the manual what you can use. HOWEVER, a great option if you have a galaxy tab and want to watch you tube is a google chrome cast. Works great and easy to use once you google how it is set up.

This will also let you use a chrome browser on a pc without using any wires.

Chromecast goes into the HDMI port of tv and uses a power connection.

I would like to know if I can use my Aquos LC 70LE732U in Australia and if so, what do I need to optimize the TV's function. Thank you

I am not sure if you can use in australia, however, here is some calibration settings i have stumbled upon.
