What's great about it: Really does the job with the least bit of effort on my part.
What's not so great: Everything is GREAT.
I just bought this as my Christmas Present to myself today and other than my Garmin, it's the best purchase I have ever made. I am THRILLED. Yes, it's only been a day, but I could not believe what was coming from my carpets into the bin. I have 3 dogs. One is a minimal shedder and the other two are poodles so no shedding, BUT animals have dander and they collect dust on their fur and eventually the house smells "doggy" no matter how much you clean. Also, my Eureka vacumn smelled terrible though I had a spare filter that I'd wash and switch out each sweeping. I honestly had gotten tired of running my Eureka and still having dirty looking carpets and hated the thought of dragging it out so sometimes thought, "what the heck, I'll do it tomorrow". Well, after a very busy day I tried the Dyson DC41 and ended up sweeping the entire downstairs and getting tons of fine dust and dog hair that I wouldn't have dreamed would be in the area rugs. We have lots of wood in the house as well, and the DC41 sucks any dust or dirt brought in by the pooches right up. Sweep, step on bare floor with bare feet and you feel nothing but nice clean floor! A bit pricey? Yes, but I got mine on sale so saved some money but I'd have bought at regular price for the satisfaction of knowing my house is CLEAN and smells great! Is vacumning fun? Not really, but it is kind of neat to vacumn with this beast and watch just one pass make your carpet, area rugs and floor spotless!
This product is or has... Enough suction that a single-pass does the job, Useful tools, A great pet hair picker upper, Easy to carry, Convenient to store
About me... Pet owner, like a clean nice smelling home., like a product that does what it says it will do.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can you guys deliver, haul into house, and install?

I myself can not bring down two machines downstairs into my basement yet alone, know how to install either. I was wondering if hauling downstairs and installing for me is possible?
I had no problem with my washer and dryer being delivered. That shouldn't be a problem. They will haul your old stuff away too. Best Buy is the BEST BUY! (and no, I do not work for Best Buy!)

can we control water level in it i like to use full water level

No, you can't control or set the water level. That's part of the beauty of this front loader: it saves water while getting your clothes clean and fresh.
