These are really good earbuds for the price. They are an improvement over the previous design!

What's great about it: Sound quality, secure fit, superior noise cancellation
What's not so great: Pricey (but worth it!)
These are Bose's first noise canceling earbuds, but it is obvious they have combined their existing earbud design with the noise canceling feature from their larger headphones- and this was done very successfully. The tips are designed so that they are both comfortable and secure. This good fit also helps out with sound quality, and they have a very balanced sound spectrum- they sound great. I've had the chance to try noise cancellation out on a flight, and they were very effective. They do have a battery pack that is required for noise cancellation, but the pack isn't too large and lasts for about 16 hours of continuous use, and it is rechargeable. Highly recommended.

What's not so great: nothing
Tastes excellent, probably my favorite sodastream flavor.

Does best buy carry bose rechargable batteries?

The battery is sealed inside the device, it is not replaceable.

do these come recharged?

Yes, they do come with a charge in the battery. (At least mine did.) Keep in mind it is a rechargeable battery so you will not need to replace the batteries once they are empty.
