What's great about it: Washes well
What's not so great: Slower and bigger
This washer was purchased 3 months ago to replace a 10 year-old Duet Washer that died.
It has some new features that seem nice but that I haven't tried most of them yet. It seems fairly quiet and has a large capacity.
My only complaint is that the "Normal" cycle takes over an hour on all but the smallest loads. There are faster washers available.
Make sure you measure before buying. This washer is 2 inches deeper than what it replaced. Because I have it in a laundry closet, I needed to modify the rear wall and move the closet door forward.

How long is the normal wash cycle?

Mine takes just over 1 hour with a light to medium load.
