I needed a decent headset with mike so that I could Skype without having the conversation broadcast into the public air. his works well for that purpose. I am very satisfied with the performance.

What's great about it: Cleaning power, ease of steering
What's not so great: A lttle heavier than expected
We did not realize just how much dirt, etc., our previous vacuum was leaving behind! We vacuumed with our previous vacuum and then with our new Dyson and the Dyson picked up more residual dirt, etc., than our previous vacuum did! The ease of emptying the Dyson is also a really big plus.
This product is or has... Useful tools, easy to empty, A great pet hair picker upper, Long enough cord, Allergy filtration does the job, Convenient to store

What's great about it: Love the separate hardened pocket, comfortable fit, and overall design
What's not so great: My Asus 17" laptop just barely fits in the main section with no room to spare
Got this to carry my 17" Asus laptop and it is functional for that . . . although not as functional as I would _really_ like. The overall design is great, though, and I like the small, hardened pocket at the top of the case that handles a few pens, my mouse, and my sun glasses (once I'm inside). The side pockets could be a bit bigger but they work. The straps are far more comfortable than any other laptop backpack I've had.
For the price, this is a good backpack. If your laptop is a little under 17" it would be a gret laptop backpack.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: ease of set up
What's not so great: Unplugging to move to another room disconnects from network
I got this for my wife for Christmas. It only took a few minutes to have it up and working. Another 4 or 5 minutes and we had the iPhone app (and one on my Android ;-) set up so that she (or I ;-) can control the system from her/my phone.
It has a great sound and a lot of choices straight out of the box. It can also be set up for XM Radio, ike she has in her car, so that she can listen to her favorite XM stations (e.g. the Elvis station).
I plan on getting at least 2 more in the near future.
This product has... Right size for my space, Easy to set up, Good build quality, good sound

Does it come with any cleaning tools?

Yes, it has some tools. Don't know what it's called but it has one of those long snout attachments and it has a brush that can be attached to that. It also has a couple of other attachments but we got it mainly for our carpets.
