Depending on the brand of fridge you have, it could be the compressor or the ducts, or a lack of coolent. If I were you, I'd pay the $60-$80 to get someone out and run a check on the system from the back. Then at least you'd know how much parts will cost, or if something was just plugged, or if it's time to get a new fridge. Need a second opinion? Call the manufacterer and ask for a technician and describe the symptoms. This option is free, but you may be on hold a while.
