Required heavy duty HDMI for UHD with at least 18Gbps, preferably above 20Gbps.

What's great about it: Fast Read/Write
A Class 10 card with a high read/write speed is a must with full HD 1920x1080 recording and continuos picture setting.

Will support 4k @ 60fps 4:4:4?
I haven't found anything you can purchase at Best Buy that can play ProRes or anything higher than 4K30...Lossless files/ RED files/Transcoded...not going to play.

I have just bought a Fujifilm JZ500. Is the SanDisk Secure Digital High Capacity Card Extreme Video HD 16GB Compatible please?
Yup. You just have to watch out for Sandisk Ultra's and Memory Stick Pro's. Just a regular or Extreme should be fine.
