What's great about it: Fast
What's not so great: Slippery to hold
Let me just start by saying this is the best phone I have owned or used. The screen is the best on the market at 468 pixels per inch. Higher than any iPhone currently available. The SoC in this phone is the same as the Samsung Galaxy S4. At 1.7GHz and 2GB of RAM, this phone runs great. I am a heavy user and can drain this phone in about 5 hours. Light to medium use and it will last all day. My only complaints are that the power button is a little hard to press, and the aluminum backing is slippery in your hand. I bought a cheap $12 case and I am much more confident holding it now. I do miss the cold feel of the aluminum though. I recommend this phone to any and everyone. It is better than an iPhone in that it has more flexibility and user customization. Better than the Samsung S4 in that Sense 5.0 is as close as you can get to AOSP, the way Android was meant to be experienced, and you have the build quality to be expected from a company such as HTC.

I have an iPhone 4S and have a lot of music in iTunes, if I were to go to a Galaxy would my music transfer and what about my contacts?

You can use a program called Wondershare MobileGo to transfer your iTunes library to your android phone.

Use iTunes to transfer your contacts. Have your phone plugged in, click on your device, and then click info. You will see the option to sync contacts, click this checkbox and then choose from the drop down box "google contacts" and then the configure button to enter your gmail address.
