What's great about it: doesn't cover the back. slimline buttons
What's not so great: adds to the width of the phone, sharp edges dig into hand
The bumper looks nice on the phone, and blends in well with the design.
However, the hard PC out rim has sharp edges that dig into the hand and make use uncomfortable.
The bumper adds 3-4mm to the phone on all sides, so the phone becomes unwieldy in the hand. This coupled with the edges makes it feel like the phone is about to drop.
The silent switch is also recessed too far into the bumper, as are the headphone and lightning ports. However the apple lightning cables and my klipsch and bose headphones fit fine.
Also, the case is $10 cheaper on the manufacturer's website! What gives, BB?

Att not including some accessories that are in original Samsung packaging?
Att site shows only AC charger module, usb cable, and quick start guide that are included with the phone. It appears that ATT is repackaging the phone with less accessories. Check out this video showing original Samsung packaging with more accessories including headset with different earbuds, and stylist removal tool

I hope they include at least the new USB 3 charging cable and not the old version.

the headset is not included. all the other accessories are there.
